Definition of Self Confidence

Knowing yourself, the good and the bad, and accept all of it.  Loving yourself for who you are and quite happy to express that.

Confidence is more of a feeling than just looks.

Her Life Before the Discovery of Self Confidence

Susan was shy and an introvert by nature as a child.  She wanted to be cool and liked by everyone since she cared about what others thought of her.
She would have the fake confidence and carry the imposter syndrome.
So even though she may have looked confident on the outside, it was the total opposite on the inside.

The “AHA” Moment

Susan wanted to check out the concept of self love.  She thought at first self love was being vain but then she realized that it wasn’t what it meant.
Self love was loving yourself first and putting yourself as a priority which is not considered as selfish.  When you learn to take care of yourself first, that is when you have genuine self confidence.
She also realized that ignorance isn’t a bad thing,  You don’t have to know everything.  Sometimes it can be a good thing.
Another realization was that if Susan was to dress up or dress down, be smart or play dumb, people were going to judge her anyway so she was just going to be the best person she can be.
